Metro Fresh Findon Shipping Policy

At Metro Fresh Findon, we are committed to providing reliable and prompt delivery services to most suburbs in Adelaide. We strive to ensure that your fresh produce reaches you in excellent condition and in a timely manner. All orders are freshly packed on the day of delivery or pick up. Please review our shipping policy below for important information regarding delivery times, terms, and conditions.

Delivery Hours and Terms

  • Regular Deliveries: We deliver Monday through Saturday.
  • Same-Day Delivery or Pick-Up: To qualify for same-day delivery, orders must be placed by 9:00 AM on the same day.
  • Next-Day Delivery: Orders received after 9:00 AM will be scheduled for delivery or pick-up on the following day.

Please note: While we strive to accommodate requested delivery windows, we cannot guarantee specific times for delivery or pick-up. However, we will do our best to deliver as close as possible to your preferred time.

  • You will receive a text message once your order is ready for pick-up. If you require a specific time for delivery, please contact us directly at (08) 8356 7763 to arrange this. An additional fee may apply for this service.
  • Platters: Platters are available for Sunday pick-up only.

Delivery Method

  • All our produce and orders are delivered in a refrigerated vehicle to ensure freshness and quality. If no one is available at the delivery address and it is safe to do so, we will leave the order in a designated safe place.
  • If you have specific instructions on where to leave the order, please indicate this during checkout or contact us beforehand.

  • Delivery Availability: We deliver to most suburbs in Adelaide. Please check with us if you are unsure whether we deliver to your area.
  • Delivery Fees: Delivery fees may vary depending on your location. Additional fees may apply for specific delivery requests, such as time-sensitive deliveries.
  • Order Modifications: If you need to make any changes to your order or delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes prior to dispatch.
  • Lost or Damaged Goods: While all care is taken Metro Fresh Findon takes no responsibility for goods that are lost, damaged or stolen after delivery has taken place.
